1) In a pan put ghee and keep on flame 2) Add sugar, milk and milk powder, keep on mixing 3) Add cream, mawa, cardamon powder and nutmeg powder, keep on stirring it 4) Add color if using and saffron strands and stir it 5) When you see it forms like a dough and it separates from the pan remove from flame or its thick 6) Pour on a greased tray and let it cool down to luke warm dough 7) Roll into pedas, sprinkle few pistachios and stamp a design on it
